EGTTA Committee Vacancy

We currently have a vacancy for a Treasurer on the East Grinstead Town Twinning Association committee.

Due to Jennifer Barnes standing down after many years of diligent commitment, the Association needs a new Treasurer.

Treasurer – Responsibilities and Role Requirements:

1. Looking after the Association’s finances

2. Collecting subscriptions and all money due to the Association

3. Paying the bills and recording the information

4. Keeping up-to-date records of all the financial transactions

5. Ensuring that all funds are spent properly

6. Issuing receipts for all money received and recording this information

7. Reporting regularly to the Committee on the Association’s financial status

8. Preparing year-end statements of accounts
